WLVS - ROOTED IN ANCESTRAL MEMORY

WLVS is a raw and atmospheric black metal project forged for the feature film WOLVES. Formed in spring 2023 during preproduction of the film, the band performed a select run of live shows, among them opening for Belgian post-metal titans AMENRA.

In April 2024, the band recorded a full studio album – drawing from 90s Scandinavian darkness while carving out a modern sound of its own, with songs written by Manuel Gagneux (ZEAL & ARDOR). An exclusive reunion show was played on Sept 28 2025, for the film’s world premiere at the Zurich Film Festival.
